Re: Freezing when clicked on cut w/ cricut button
There's some great video tutorials on the Craftedge website:
http://www.craftedge.com/tutorials/tutorials.php
It's sometimes helpful to watch the videos on the installation process and make sure you haven't skipped any of the steps while installing the program.

Re: help getting error cartridge not found
Seems like it's stuck on that cartridge.
Try downloading the latest Cricut firmware using Design Studio.
Then do the reset steps again.
Maybe that will clear the George cartridge from your Cricut's memory.

Re: Trial expired before test cut.
Send an email to support@craftedge.com explaining what you want to do and ask if your mac operating system will work with SCAL. They can tell you what works and what's too old. Also ask if you can download the trial version again. They might let you do that so that you can see if it will work before...

Re: Official Statement from Provo Craft
Are you talking about the Cricut Craft Room program that you have to use on line or a different one? From what I saw on the Craft Room information sheet, the design program only works if you have the cartridge. It won't cut regular SVG files. Seems just like Design Studio so I'm not sure what they h...

Have you seen the first two videos on craftedge? The ones for installing the software and installing usb drivers for your computer to be able to communicate with your die cutting machine? Here's the link: http://www.craftedge.com/tutorials/tutorials.php#2 I'm guessing there's a problem with the usb ...
