Tried all of the above, didn't work, but I finally figured out I had to resize the design to get it to show up on the mat so I could cut it.

Good morning, I just bought a cd full of svg files from signtorch, now how do I get them from the cd into scal? When I open to import I can see the design in the little preview box but not on the virtual cutting mat, hope that made sense. There are 3 files on this cd that I'd really like to cut, but...

The only thing I get is "windows can't open this file". No option to extract files at all. This is so frustrating I'm about ready to throw the pc out the window.
