path start offset missing

Im trying to change the start of the text that i placed in a circle.. it used to be called path start offset in earlier versions but is missing in scal4 pro. any ideas how to change the start offset now?

With the Type on Path tool selected, the Start Offset is available in the tool options area above the mat.

But how to you make the text on the bottom of the circle like this...

If you are using the Type on Path, you would need to select the path and choose Path -> Reverse Path and then type on the path.

Alternatively you could use Object on Path (last example)

or the Type on Arch with the Text option set to Inside
