Can someone create a SVG for me?

Hi I have Inkscape but have never had the time to learn it at all (someday). I have been manually cutting this envelope and was wondering if it could be made into a SVG file?
I have uploaded my drawing of it. Can anyone make this? The Fold line are just for my benefit they do not need to be perforated or anything.

I attached an scal file, but it does not have the 1/2 circle cut out. could not figure out how to do that with scal. maybe you could cut the envelope & use a circle punch to cut the 1/2 circle out.

Here it is, this was really easy. Just three rectangles aligned and welded with the half circle removed.

Thank you both! Heather, is there any way to get it to import smaller? When I import it is so large that I can't get it scale down because the either the move corner or the shrink arrows are off the page. Does that make sense?

forgive me I figured it out. DUH use the nudge arrows to move it around (Blonde Moments)

If you have SCAL1, set the default height to 4.5 inches before importing. If you have SCAL2, it should import at 4.5x11.5 if your SCAL2 import dpi is set for Inkscape.

You can also select the imported image, then resize with the properties window. HTH

I wonder what else I can automate, If I would just take the time to learn this program!
