Just wanted to say thank you again...It came out pretty good..it would have looked great but the hands didn't really cut out right...but it does look cute Thanks so much for your help!!!

Thanks....okay...but the pieces on the svg aren't broken apart. do I do that in SCAL....like I want the hat to be one color and the pants to be another color and the face to be anther color...can I seperate the peices in SCAL?? Again!!!! Thank you !!!!!

Joane...thank you thank you thank you!!! That was the exact one that I wanted!! I sent you a pm...but maybe some others know the answer as well. When I go to cut this in SCAL do I have to cut it a few different times to get the colors that I want? I am a bit new at images in SCAL...Thanks so much Anna

Okay..I got it to work...but I figured I would tell you what happened just in case it happens to someone else. I had a scut file that I have cut 10 times already. It was a shape. I opened the file and resized it. I didn't save the resize and just said cut. That could have been the problem...so I imp...

Nope..that didn't work..I just shut down the computer...unplugged everything and it still isn't working. It says "Cutting Completed" and nothing even happened. Any other suggestions? Again, I used this the other day..no problem..whatsoever....Please help...can you hear my desperation??? Sh...

HI...I have been using SCAL for a while...I NEVER used DS. I used SCAL the other night..now today I go to cut something and it says "Cutting Completed" and it hasn't cut a thing. I have Firmware 2.1 and again..Never used DS...why all of a sudden is it not working??? Please help me...I am p...
