I have e-mailed Provocraft again and received the following reply:

'your e-mail has been deleted withut being read'

Great company eh?

I've contacted them several times in the past and never had a reply. I admit I haven't contacted them this time and suppose I should try again but from past experience it didn't seem much of an option to be honest.
