Cut around pictures

Can you import picture in scal ? load picture on cutting mat and be able to cut shapes around picture?

Sure you could. Suggest you do trial & error cutting on scrap first.

Attach scrap paper to mat
cut the design you want
remove the cut portion leaving the background in place
slide your photo "under" the background left in place and get the photo exactly how you want it
secure photo
remove background
re-cut
Done!
