I am NEWBIE and trying to find my way...
1. downloaded my FIRST SVG file on desktop, extract file to desktop. ex: ladybug frame
2. Opened SCAL2, selected FILE import SVG... Select ladybug frame saw it on the mat....woo hoo
3. Lets say I don't make any changes....do I save this as "a project", give it a name and put it on my computer in a file somewhere.
4. So the next time I want to use this "ladybug frame" i select "open project".....
5. My question is this? For Fonts we need to save them in our windows font folder.... but when you have an object is there a certain place on your pc you need to save it?
Sorry if this is confusing...
Thanks,
Karen

Re: Save Fonts vs Saving Objects
Nope, you can save them anywhere you'd like. I save mine in a folder in My Documents. I also save the current files I'm working with on my desktop. Once I'm done with them I put them back in my SVG folder under My Documents.
