File Help Please??

Okay so I created this file of a Christmas Cracker.. I want the broken lines set up so as they show broken in SCAL but I don't want the cutter to cut them. I know I can do this through the layers effects.. I wrote the instructions right on the cracker but when I import this file into SCAL it gives me an image error.. Heather or some other expertise please help me out here?? THANKS>>

I moved the text and the score lines to a new layer. They show as solid in SCAL, if you want them broken, select the lines, then Path/Stroke to path. HTH

PS, why do you want them to show but not cut?

Thanks so much heather.. I wanted them to show so for anyone wanting to cut they'll know to fold on those lines and paste on the others. I mean I myself know what to do. I spent about 1 hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong last night and even read some tutorials.. Guess I suffered brain fog..LOLOLOL...

So i was too lazy to take out my regular camera and decided to take a picture with my webcam of the Christmas cracker.. Anyhow this is what the file looks like after it's cut.. I overlapped the last piece of the cracker so I only had 4 sides and then folded the diamonds inwards through the middle of them...
