I have an old version of DS and SCAL. I am very excited about the update.
Question 1: Can I update DS and if I do will my SCAL still work?
Question 2: How do I save my designed files in SCAL? I can't seem to do it right because they don't want to reopen later for me.

Hi Mona and welcome to the group..
As for question 1 yes your updating DS yes Scal should work..
Question 2 what you have to do is open SCAL program first and then go open the SCAL file you are trying to open.. It can't be done the other way around.. When you work on a project in SCAL and want to save it should automatically save as SCAL...
