OK, really getting angry now...

Finally got the Mac to recognize the Cricut Create. Cut a few page titles with it, using SCAL, no problem.

Then today, after not using it for a few days, it cuts 2-3 letters of a title, then stops and freezes up. I have to close it down and it says there was an error cutting. I have to shut down the program, turn off the Cricut, then turn it back on to even eject the paper & cutting mat.

Then I start the whole process all over again, with the same result. I am ready to throw it out the window!!!

Seems like you need TODD! He always answers and is VERY helpful.

Just send a note to customer service with all the details. Mac or Windows, versions etc.
