need help with scal

hi all, my cricut design studio software messed up 2 weeks ago and it took a tech 3 hours to talk me thru the process to correct it, well now my scal program don't work and I'm afraid to do anything to mess up my cricut design studio again. my question is, can the scal software be uninstalled and reinstalled without interference with cds? help please

SCAL and DS are completely separate entities, so I would not really worry too much about removing SCAL and reinstalling it and reinstalling it. I don't think its going to hurt your DS.
