Here's a lighter script...Edwardian although for cutting in SCAL it's better in the shadow style set at "1".

This font looks like a new foreign alphabet when manipulated and combined. Weird, fun stuff!!

Awesome! Look like arabic or something foreign like that! Rotating it (or turning my head sideways) ;) makes it look like a robot or a funky totem pole!

TFS!

That is a cool idea.

Off subject, I love that guy's technique for making the shoes. My sister has a curio with glass shoes and I think I will make some to compliment the glass shoes...will think of some way to do it.

Yes, his work is great...I shared the sets I've made with a local scrapbook group and one of them will be making the shoe and purse for her daughter's bridal shower for table decorations. That was suggested by someone on the cricut messageboard when I posted it there...it's been fun!

Did you use any type of finishing on the shoe? I am thinking UTEE or something of that nature to make it hard and glassy. Guess I will have to buy some and see how it works...I already have ModgePodge but I am thinking UTEE.

Let me know if you have any ideas or opinions

I didn't use anything special for the finish. I bought heavy black cardstock from a local office supply store. I did find some glue marks showed more than I liked so I did an extra half-sole for the bottom to cover it (in addition to the two full soles I need to make the shoe).

On my first shoe I used tissue paper for the top of it, the second shoe was fabric wire ribbon so I didn't use any finish that might damage those area. I do glue the top bead to the base of the shoe and the the last bead so there isn't a lot of movement. And leave enough wire to create a platform so it can stand on its own.

That is beautiful. It is the black platform of your shoe that I want to enhance. I want it to look glassy because she has little glass shoes in a curio.

If you have used UTEE or anything similar, do you think it will work.
