scal 4 general

Scal 4. can someone tell me what I am missing. in 4, folders in Library, (shapes, fonts. projects) I cant add nor can I delete. Thinking this is for saving projects. what am I not seeing/ TIA

You cannot add your files to the shapes library, but you can download fonts to the font library. Not really sure what you want to accomplish.
