problem with surecuts alot software! need help asap

how you guys doing today? so i have a bigg order, went to do a test cut, and the cutter is cutting multiple times, over the decal i tested on, havent touched the cutter since yesterday and pretty sure i didnt mess with any of the settings, its doing multiple cuts, and actually peeling up the vinyl, any help would be appreciated, since i have a big order, i have the us cutter, mh871 mk2, and i am using sure cuts alot 3 pro, thank you guys, multi cut is off!!

Hard to diagnose without seeing the file....but look at your "layers" and see if you only have one of each element you are cutting. Sometimes you get duplicates. You may have to ungroup to be sure.

If that isn't it can you show a pic of your screen including layers?
