Tutorial for using Print2Cut on existing images
I added a tutorial to my blog today showing how to use eCAL and Print2Cut to cut existing images such as photos or dp. This should work with SCAL3 also, but I don't have a cutter to test it with. My tutorial is here.

This is an excellent way to set things up one time only for a cut. It appears it would work with any cutter with laser registration marks.
My pictures and files are available for a limited time only.

I’m not sure how to set the paper size in SCAL3 for the Cameo, so there may not be any good shortcuts there other than to print a carrier sheet with the shape you want to cut and then adhere your photo or print over that for cutting.

Re: Tutorial for using Print2Cut on existing images
Thanks for putting this together, Heather. I had a footnote on this on my similar tutorial for the SIlhouette, but it I will link yours as it is much easier with all the steps so well shown.
As shown in my tutorial, you can also scan the image, and trace to get a cutline and use that for a very close fitting print and cut this way. It is a pain on the optical eye machines but really easy as Heather shows, on an eclips or Zing.
