Bosskut Gazelle and SCAL

Hi, do you have a Gazelle and use SCAL with it? I am wondering if you have any of the issues I'm having with it. I have the full SCAL version three and I have been trying to cut one doily on walmart cardstock for an hour and a half. Out of twelve non cuts, I have one that cut all the way through. I've wasted so much paper. It will cut some and then veer off and cut a straight line away from everything and when I click cancel the whole machine locks up and I have to turn off and start all over and to repeat all this again. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

If you have had any of these issues, can you please tell me how to fix them?

Thanks for any help.

Hi...I don't think the file is to big. Maybe it's to intricate, I don't know. :)

I hope the file attached on here and thank you so much for doing this for me. I am sure it will work great for you. :) This machine and I don't get along, my Cricut and I didn't get along either. I don't know what I do wrong.

How come when I click the cancel button it shuts off the red button on my Gazelle and I'm not able to get my paper out unless I turn it off and start again. :( I'm quite sad and tired over here with this machine. Can anyone help me understand this, please. :)

If u still have Funtime installed start cutting something, cancel it and see if the same thing happens. If I doesn't then you will know it's a problem with the communication between SCAL3 and the machine. Might be a bug in SCAL3 cuz the Cricut didn't have a Cancel button on the machine on only the software.
As far as getting the paper out, did u try pulling the mat out. U may be able to pull it out like u do when doing an alignment and u have to manually roll the mat.
