SCAL 1 Question on downloading my software...

Ok long time ago I bought SCAL 1 which was the only SCAL at the time.. LOL well anyway I bought the software with the disc and everything. I downloaded it fine on my computer. Then it crashed and had to download it again on my computer since I had to start with a clean slate to fix my computer. Now I want to download it onto my other computer which is the same Windows XP and it is telling me that I have reached all my downloads. What? Why is this? I bought this software for personal use and I can't download it again from the disc I bought new??? What happens if my computer crashes again? What can I do?

Check out this link and E-mail and explain about your comuter crashing. They should reset your activations for you.
