Cupcake box....could someone...

Could someone come up with a cupcake box...the bottom of a cupcake is 5cm and around 7.5 for the top...i wouldnt have a clue where to start...maybe with a cutout somewhere round the middle not too complicated...

... if so, I shall pass on my generosity of creating a box.

It would go on my site yes...and i understand...
So could someone tell me how to do it maybe...i cannot draw or use inkscape, havent a clue...but if someone has instructions i could give it a go...
