I need help remebering......

I remember seeing a victorian fan that you cut out a panel at a time. Inside the panel it had flourishes or something........I don't remember if I saw it on a blog or here. Although I did look here and didn't find one that had flourishes/flowers in the panels.

Any Ideas?

Did you do a Google search for Victorian fans? Here is one . You could add your own flourishes.
