Paulo has a really nice torn notebook page on his blog here http://scale-files.blogspot.com/2009/10 ... piece.html. Here is a pic of what it looks like:

I know I saw it some where but looked around and couldnt find it. Did check his site but didnt go back far enough.
Thanks now I have 2 different pages to use in my book
