Electric Guitar Scut2 file

Post by Kathya »

Hi Everyone!

I couldn't quite find an electric guitar that I wanted to cut, so I created my own. I thought I would share with you. Hope you enjoy!

Hi Jayne

It is the native file format for SCAL 2.
Yu can import your SVG into SCAL 2 and save the project as a SCAL2 file. Or you can make a design in SCAL 2 and save it as a SCAL2 file.

It is not easy to convert a SCAL2 file to svg. I am pretty sure either HeatherM or Firstcut did a tuturial on their blogs.
Cheers

I opened it in SCAL and tried to save it but it doesnt give me the option to save as a svg...only scut2 or all files...so what do i do now
Ive just read the tut on how to trace it and then convert it, but SCAL wont give me the option, it asks me to browse for the image, but when i do the image isnt in the folder, but it is there as i have it on my mat..
