Just wanted to put my 2 cents in on this thread. I was also looking for ponies to cut out, and really appreciate the links provided!

I was using one of the ponies on mardenz.blogspot.com, and found that the hair was too detailed for the small cut of her I needed. Here is the disaster I ended up with:

So, I went into Inkscape and simplified a bit. Thought I would share the simplified svg file of the pony's hair, as well as the results of the cut.

Also, I found some My Little Pony fonts online that look great. Haven't tried any out yet, but I'm sure they have great potential.

I'm pretty sure it is, since I only recently started actually using my machine. I would say I've done well under 100 cuts so far on it. I'm pretty sure it was a combination of the image being very small and detailed, as well as (primarily) the low quality of the paper. I haven't had problems with any other cuts except that one.
