Trial version expired...but I bought the full version!!

okay so I get that SCAL v2 is becoming obsolete and what not...however I purchased SCAL v2 back in sept 2009 or so and now trying to install it on my new computer...All I am getting is an error message saying "Trial Version has expired. You can purchase a new license at....." It wont even open SCAL to where I can activate it...I still have my serial number but now they want a site code (which i didnt need last time I installed) but i cant even get into the program to generate this code...Someone please help me!! (I emailed support but hoping someone might be able to help while I am waiting for an answer...I am so ready to get busy with my vinyl wall art!!) Thanks!

The only thing you can do is contact CE and make sure you give your serial number and purchaser information. They should get back with you as they are the only ones that can authorize activation of the software your purchased.

Thanks...i found another post similar to mine and followed the instructions posted there about having to reset the serial number which I was able to do. It took a bit of time and a lot of link following but I finally got all the numbers and codes I needed Thanks!
