Thinking about purchaing a Pazzles Inspiration, please help

Hi guys! I have a question. I am the current owner of a Cricut Expression and am going to make the switch to a new machine. I just do not like how Provo Craft runs business. I get tired of buying cartridges and now live in fear that if I update my machine, I will be unable to use my SCAL2 with it. So I am thinking that I can keep my Cricut and continue to use it with my cartridges and Gypsy. I would sell it, but I have too much money invested. So I want to buy a separate machine for use with my SCAL and the hundreds, if not thousands, of SVG files I currently own. So my question is, how do I know that the makers of Pazzles won't follow in Provo Craft's footsteps in the future and then I'll be back in the same tough spot I'm in now. Has the makers of Pazzles partnered with Craft Edge or something to allow the users of the Pazzles to use the SCAL software? I just don't want to buy a machine and then a few months later not be able to use it with my SCAL. Do you get what I'm saying? I hope I'm making sense. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

If you go to Leos and Marys blogs on svgcuts.. you will see that Pazzle has agreed to support the use of SCAL with their machine so no need to worry about having happen what happened with Provo Craft.. I belong to the SVGcuts facebook group and they announced this yesterday..
