Hi there! I have been using SCAL 2 on my iMac as well as my MacBook since I purchased the program in February 2010. When I tried to open SCAL to use it just last week, it is saying that Sure Cuts a Lot will run in Trial Mode until the software is activated with a purchased license key. So I pulled up the email I received and got the activation code and tried to enter it, but it's not working. It says "The registration information you have entered is invalid." I tried to manually activate it, and it's saying "Too many copies have been activated with this serial." I've only activated it on 2 computers, so that shouldn't be the issue. And as I mentioned, I activated them both well over a year ago so nothing has changed that this should be a problem. I've used this program on both computers numerous times with no problems, so I'm not sure what's happening now.
Anyone ever have this happen to them? Any tips or tricks? I've submitted a support ticket but thought I'd check here as well. Thanks so much!
