No need to buy background paper when you can make your won, easily in Inscape. The video shows how to make your own background paper and then use it to cut out elements to print and cut using Inkscape. Print/cut in SCAL.

Thanks for this tutorial...I will have to try this again. I have done it in the past but can't recall a thing about it, so this will be very helpful. It is so fun to watch this type of file happen like magic.
