HELP

Post by suzzi69 »

I want to cut a mirror image on the cricut and also with sure cuts 2 -
I can size it and flip it but when i send to be cut it will cut one in the correct size but the mirror image is slightly smaller and a lot thinner, it also does this if i mirror image straight from a cartridge.
Its not just one particular image it is any that i mirror - my hair is getting thinner by the minute lol not much left to pull out.
Hope someone out there has the answer

Well...I don't look so close, I guess...as I have never noticed a problem here. Perhaps check the H & W(height & width) of each in the Properties Panel. When you select the first one to make a copy of it, make sure the Keep Proportions box is checked. That is all I can think of.

Hmm...very odd. I have never had this problem when flipping a design element.

HI
Thankyou for the replies --
I have done the sizing thing got them exact and tried the proportions but its still the same.
As it does the same thing with an image from the cartridge that has been flipped i am thinking maybe a fault with the machine.
