I am kermetta mother
We bought this car and love it but are having so many problems and no help from the dealer .We only have 2800 miles on it .It had some damage to rear bumper when we bought it and they said that was when it cam off the trailer and then we found more damage in the back cargo area and they repaired that and it is popping out .Transmission problems also .Not a great big deal because we have bumper to bumper for 10 years but we are only getting 18 miles to a gallon becase of the rpms it turns .
It is so frustrating to deal with them now .When we were buying it was all peaches and cream

While I understand you are having a problem with your vehicle why pinpoint the business that is selling them..?? why not pinpoint the company that is actually building them?? Dont get me wrong.. I do understand your moms frustration...WE had a gent in town that did the same with a van he bought and he actually stuck the business name that sold him the vehicle..
