Ornaments with vinyl and rub-ons

Post by AuntBeepBeep »

I made this set for a girlfriend for each of her kids. I used wallpops for the names, cut with SCAL and rub-ons to decorate based on each child's personality. She really enjoyed them and couldn't wait to show the kids.

Those look great! Did you glitter the insides or did you buy them that way?

Heather, I added the glitter.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I don't post as many projects as I complete, but I'm trying to work on that. :D I get a lot of good ideas from here and great tutorials from many members (Heather being one of them!).

I saw a woman on youtube that actually used Future floor polish and she put a couple of tablespoons in the glass ball ornaments and then removed the excess amount then the took glitter.. not the glue one and poured a bit in the glass ball and shook it around dumped the excess back into the bottle and that's how she got the glitter look.. It was actually neat and I think you've done a great job with yours..
