I just purchased Sure Cuts A Lot and had a question about how to flip text for heat transfer vinyl, I have looked for help on the topic but havent been able to figure it out. Thanks in advance!

Select your word or object after you've placed it on your virtual mat and then use the flip button on the right hand side of your column....
