Thinking of Buying

Post by sashakay »

I'm thinking of buying SCAL and was wondering if i should install on my desktop (for ease of designing) or my laptop for cutting. I have
CDS and design on my desktop and just copy the files to my laptop on a USB for cutting and it works great ... does SCAL work the same way? can i save on my desktop and copy to USB for cutting on my laptop?

Todd gives out 2 serial numbers so you can have SCAL on two computers.

As far as getting files from one computer to the other: email them to yourself.

I use gmail as my email account- has tons of storage space. After I finish a design, I email it to myself and have my mail 'filtered' so all my designs go into one incoming folder. If I want to use that file on my 2nd computer, it is available to me via a simple email connection.

Emailing them to yousefl also is a good 'back up' utility.
