Cutting Help

I purchased file from a blogger and she sent me the file in .svg and it opens in SCAL perfetly but when I try to cut it, it only cuts 2 parts of it. Does anyone know why this would happen and can it be fixed? Thanks for your help!

Not sure, but maybe it needs to be ungrouped?

Are you using SCAL1 or SCAL2?
