Help!! SCAL 2.003 Freezing Up

Hello,

Can someone tell me why my SCAL is freezing up? I downloaded the newest version, and it goes soooooo slow now. At any time it will say SCAL not responding. I have been trying to view this image since Saturday, and it never seems to be responding. I am using Windows XP. Please help!

Check all your connections make sure they are all connected,reinstall 2.3.Hope this helps..
