I have been using this program for months now but whenever I use it, it seems to think I have a trial version. (I'm not sure if it always did this but definitely lately it has.)
Today, it wouldn't recognize my serial number and when i went to the site for an activation code, it said I had too many copies activated or something like that.
HELP!
Keeps asking me to activate!?

Re: Keeps asking me to activate!?
could you post a screen shot of the sure cuts a lot icon on your desk top. when you open it does it say something like save or open? If so you might be using the icon for the exe instead of the program
Re:
I have been trying to read all your old post and I came across one dated July of 2008 and you mentioned you have a Mac! If you are trying to use on a mac and you have downloaded SCAL you might contact customer service and tell todd you Mac requirements. And I guess the next question is did you buy the Mac version of SCAL? Here is some info.http://www.craftedge.com/support/faq/fa ... ation.html#

Re: Keeps asking me to activate!?
I have a Mac, and every so often I have to reactivate. On occasion when I try to reactivate it says I've done it too many times. When that has happened I have e-mailed Todd, explained my situation, and given him my serial number. He has been able to reset something that allows me to reactivate. Usually it has just taken him a few minutes to do this.

I just read at the scrappingtable.com website about the mac and Cricut with Sure Cuts Alot, she has some really good info on her site. Check it out, it's under the Video Tutorials.
