I came across this PDF which maybe of some help.
Im not sure If I was supposed to get it with my software but I didnt.
Ive had to zip it as PDFs are not allowed to be posted here.

The document is also available in the SCAL software. From the SCAL menu, click on the ? icon, or click on Help -> Help.
