I wanted to put information out to crafters concerning ebay seller proudparents2005. They are also Die CutCentral online. I bid on and won the new Christmas cartridge on ebay. I was sent Christmas Cheer. I opened the outside packaging before I realized it was the wrong one. Since I already own the Christmas Cheer cartridge I don't need a second one. When I contacted the seller they refused to make their error right. They offered to let me buy it at a reduced rate...They claim they can't sell it now....They pointed out that the plastic is clear and I should have seen it was the wrong cartridge.
I have filed a dispute with Paypal, and will with my credit card company. I just wanted everyone to know that they are not worthy of the 99.9% rating they have as a seller.
I realize they would have to sell it at a reduced rate since it is opened, even though it is unused. They made the original mistake and as a business, I feel they have a responsibility to correct it. This is just for your information. You can choose to ignore if you want. Thanks, Deedee

Re: Warning about seller
Want to sell the one you don't need for $20?
Re: Warning about seller
I'm so sorry you are stuck with a cart that you didn't order--that stinks!
I do, however, have to side with the seller on not wanting to take it back since you opened it. I would do the same thing. I'm sure they would have been happy to make things right had you not openend the package. They did make a mistake in sending you the wrong one, but you too also made a mistake. I think we have all made a mistake here & there that cost us some money & that most certainly is very frustrating.
hopefully you can sell it to someone without monetary loss & have better luck next time.

I wanted to let all know that Paypal did side with me on this issue. They sold an item and sent me an entirely different item. Not allowed. I sent it back and they did send me the correct cart. It has taken since the beginning of December, but it has been corrected. Hope this information might help others when in a similar situation. dd

Re: Warning about seller
This is the same seller I bought my Cricut Expression from. I had no trouble and was very happy with the transaction. I see you did get things taken care of as I was going to offer to buy the cart.
Glad things worked out for you
