Can you convert SCAL 2 files to SCAL 4 files?

Does anyone know if you can convert SCAL 2 to SCAL 4 files?

You shouldn't need to convert a Scut2 to a Scut4. SCAL 4 can already open files created in earlier versions of SCAL. However, if you have files that are not working, start a support ticket with SCAL.

I have already started a support ticket. In fact, the first person who was responding was so not helpful that I opened a second support ticket today! I have done everything they said to do. I even paid to have my Mac looked at, and there is nothing wrong with it. I have paid for a brand new Cameo, SCAL4, a new USB cable, and a computer repair, and nothing works. I'm so frustrated with Craftedge over this!!
