Trace image

I use Sure Cuts A Lot 2 with my Cricut Expression and have never had a problem with it converting a file. This weekend, every time I try to 'trace image', it says it failed to convert the file. Has there been a recent update that I am not aware of that I need to download? Somebody help! I have several shirts I need to make

Scal2 for the Expression has been obsoleted for several years now, you can find the last update here

Why it is not tracing I do not know..have you updated your computer software lately?

You could try sending a support request to craftedge just in case there is a workaround.
