Need Urgent Help - SCAL can't communicate with Cougar

Hi everyone,

I have a BlackCat Cougar Pro and yesterday I was cutting a few sheets of A4 paper.

In the 4th sheet, suddenly it didn't cut anymore.

I send the design to the cutter, apparently it goes withour any problem, but the cutter doesn't move.
I already changed the USB cable, the drivers, the PC and so on and nothing makes it work.

On the Cougar, the test button works, but every single time I send anything there is no movement and no error info on SCAL.

Does anyone have any idea of might be the problem?
