if you have a screen shot of the file, you can trace it in inkscape & save it as an svg file.

How do you trace in inkscape? I downloaded it, but I can't figure out how to use it.

I have a "prt scr" (print screen) button on my keyboard. I click that & the computer captures what is on the screen. I open adobe photoshop elements & click file: new from clipboard & the screen shot shows up in APE. I "save as" a jpg, then open that jpg in inkscape & trace.

Also if you don't have Photoshop you can use Paint which most everyone has and you can also copy it into that and 'save as' jpg in there then import to inkscape. hth.
