SCAL 3 unexpectedly quits after upgrade-FIX posted here!

Just did the SCAL 3 upgrade on my OSX 10.6.8 and now my SCAL software does nothing but quit unexpectedly. I cannot even open the program. Did I do something wrong? Any help is appreciated.

You might try downloading and installing again, and if it still doesn't work your best bet is to contact support at CraftEdge.

Thanks. I tried re-installing and restarting all over again and still get the same results. Thanks for the link. I have submitted a request for support. We will see what they say.. Thanks again! :?

Hi


I've just had an email form the support team and their instructions they gave work, hope these work for you too.

Immediately after starting the program,
hold down the Control key on the keyboard.
Keep it held down and after a few seconds it should ask to load default
settings.
Click ok to see if it loads then

Was anyone else able to fix the problem? I have tried all they asked me to do reinstalled several times, followed their steps by holding the control key. But, it keeps saying, "Quit Unexpectedly". I am getting frustrated I need to use my Sizzix!!

This is the error message I keep getting. I also, use a Mac.

I am sorry that no one has been able to respond specifically, here. The best thing is to continue to work with support for the issue, I guess. Hope it gets resolved for you, also, very soon.

When you post to the forum, or to support, it is a good idea to include some further information about the type of computer operating system you have and anything else you can think of that might be important to them.
