Help for a friend, Trial Version issue

I just downloaded the trial versions and dont see a cutting mat. I get 3 small screens one is says shapes and ones say preview and the other I guess is where you add your library files. Something like that.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be? She already uninstalled and re-downloaded. I have no clue, I registered mine right away, so I never used the trial, really.

Try Preference>Restore Defaults.

Hi Angie,

If this is the same lady from the Cricut MB then we've worked out her problem there. If not, she has also downloaded the wrong program. The one you are referring to is the Lilsub program NOT the actual SCAL. She need to go back in and download SCAL at the top of the page of downloads.
