Version 0.46 of Inkscape for Mac--anybody downloaded it?

Hi,

I was browsing Inkscape site today and saw that there was a release of Inkscape to version 0.46 for Mac. I have 0.45-1. I'm wondering if it is safe to download, especially if you already have a working version.

Anyone got info?
