Re: Custom Mats in v.3
I don't have SCAL in front of me (but eCAL)...they are very similar. Are you talking about Mat size or Material size? If it is material size, then after you make the change, go to the Windows tab and Choose Save Workspace and give it a name. You should be able to chose it next time. I am talking ab...

Custom Mats in v.3
Hi - I am trying to do a custom mat in v.3 I can click on Custom in the Mat Size drop down menu and change the W & H. But how do I save it and name it to something besides Custom? When I open SCAL up again, it's not there. Isn't there some way to name it and save it so that mat size is there all...

Re: Aligning Objects
First click on the object you want to move... Properties Panel Position There is x and y Nudge H align V align The last two in the middle should get your objects to center. Thanks! I'm so used to MTC - I can select them all, and click on "S" and it centers them all. This will work - just ...

Aligning Objects
I must be blind because I can't find a way to align objects in SCAL 3
I have 3 objects and I want them all centered. I select all 3 but can't figure out how to center them (together).
Thanks.
Carol

Re: Node editing question
Darn, that link does not open. I thought this was about drivers though. I don't have a problem with driver's. Are you sure when you open your scal 3 that it does say 3.022 and not 3.019? Yes, I am sure it says 3.022 Try this link: http://www.craftedge.com/bin/SetupSureCutsALot_3_022.exe Carol

Re: Node editing question
Click on node till box turns blue and drag...hold left mouse key down and pull, use round handles to angle lines. Sometimes you need to reselect and do several break aparts. It all just takes time and practice. Question, where did you get a 3.022? You could post your trace(if it is not copy protect...

Node editing question
I traced an image in Scal 3 (newest version 3.022) and want to do some node editing. I am new to this - but I can't move any of the nodes? I did use the "break apart" but still can't move the nodes. Is there any good video tutorial that really explains node editing in detail? Thanks. Carol...

SCAL Manual
I have SCAL 3 and really just started using it. Is there a manual available that I can read and print out? I saw a few videos, but would also like a manual.
Thanks.
