witch x-crossing..... can't find file

So I have saved this picture to make this sign for Halloween and have been trying to locate it for days, does anyone know where I might have found this... or does someone have the shoes as a cut file, I can make the lettering no problem, but love the shoes/boots. Any help is wonderful, thanks for looking.
