Need a little help

Hi guys, I'm in need of a little help, I am almost positive that on someones blog somewhere I saw an invitation svg, a kind of envelopment thing where you lift up the flap and you have different cards for different things, the rsvp, gift list etc as well as the wording for the wedding itself, has anyone seen it or am I completely losing my mind??????
