Need Horse Shoe Shaped Card

Post by daisydee »

I'm not to good at creating shaped cards, I need a horse shoe shaped card that has the horse shoe shape up, sort of a flip up card that has the hinge on top. Any ideas TIA

Thanks so much Heather that is just right, except I only have a 12 x 6 mat, so how do I split these so that they fit on my mat, the size looks just right. TIA

Either way, rotate the file 90 degrees, then if you have SCAL2 you can hide one layer, and cut the other, then switch which layer is visible. (Sorry I left the file with that rotation. I only have a baby bug too, so I really know better, but I prefer to work in a more natural orientation :D )
If you have SCAL1, I would probably open in Ink, and do the rotation there but leave them in the same file, import into SCAL, then move it so just one piece is on your mat and cut that piece, then use either arrow keys on your keyboard, or type in the location to make just the other piece on your mat and cut that one.
