Help with ABC Book

I am making my niece an ABC book. I am having alot of success with the actual pages, but my problem is the cover.
I would like the cover to say

Jessica's
ABC
Book

and I want all the letters in each word to be welded together so it looks kinda whimsical. I have SCAL and inkscape but my attempts
just don't turn out. Can someone HELP me please!
