help with scal version 2

hi can you explain why when l use scal vers 1 on laptop it cuts out my whole design but with version 2 on my pc it only cuts half out is it because l only have the trial version of ds on my pc l am awaiting a new licence key as l recently bought a new pc thanks

l have tried updating to 2.003 but still no luck in sorting out it only cutting half of my design beginning to think ive wasted my money on this as 1 works better for me

Did you set your mat size in both the Cutter menu and the Document window?

yes everything set properly but think ive fixed it when l was going to cut l had cricut personal selected and not expression cutting as l type so hopefully sorted thanks for help its much appreciated

sorted now everything ok just goes to show how such a little thing can cause so much hasstle thank you Heather for your help
